Advanced fitness features allow you to work out smarter with training status and training readiness.
With the simple touch of a button, you can track 80+ activities, before viewing all of the data on your phone or desktop in the Garmin Connect app.

The band promises up to 10 days of battery life, and it has various different sizes in order to fit all shapes and sizes of wrist.
Those who have already invested love the fact that it gives you all of the advanced training metrics that you know, want and have come to love — but you don’t have to wear a giant watch in the process.
Women can also track their menstrual cycle and pregnancy, get better period predictions and past ovulation estimates by tracking skin temperature while sleeping and sync their data with an FDA-cleared app.
“We purposefully created CIRQA Smart Band for those who are passionate about staying healthy and active,” Susan Lyman, Garmin Vice President of Consumer Sales and Marketing said in a statement.
“With its discreet design and trusted health and fitness tracking tools Garmin is known for, this smart band complements our lineup of popular smartwatches and wellness monitors, allowing users to transition smoothly between their Garmin devices throughout the day.
“Plus, with no subscription required, CIRQA Smart Band helps you stay on top of your health and fitness goals — and makes a thoughtful gift for others who want to do the same.”

Those who have tried the band have raved about it in the reviews section.
“I love it! I bought the L/XL size even though my wrist is 177 mm, but it fits perfectly and doesn’t move,” begins one shopper.
“What I like about it is that it’s lightweight, secure, and provides more accurate sleep tracking than my Garmin Epix Pro Gen 2. The watch is large and may move during the night, while this one is lightweight and stays securely in place.
“I use it for light activities such as meditation, yoga, walking, and strength training, and of course, to record my sleep data. I use my Garmin watch for outdoor activities such as running and cycling.
So far, it has exceeded my expectations.”

Another says: “The Cirqa is what i have been waiting for. I’m a watch guy, a watch collector who loves watches.
“But I also love fitness and working out so wear a Garmin Fenix for workouts, sleep, training and recovery. The problem is if one doesn’t wear the Garmin watch all day long, then the training and recovery scores are off. So like many others, I’ve been forced to wear a Garmin watch on the other wrist, but I would wear it up high under the sleave so it didn’t look like I was ‘wearing two watches’.
“The Cirqa solves the problem! I can wear it all day long at work on the other wrist and still enjoy my watch collection.
“Then when I workout, I trade it for my Garmin watch and everything syncs perfectly as if I’d been wearing the Garmin watch all day long. Then after the workout, the Garmin watch goes back in the drawer and the Cirqa comes back on the wrist and everything is synced and I have all my training data. If you are on the fence about this, don’t be, this is a great product. Oh, and its very comfortable, I dont even notice it.”
While a third adds simply: “Fits perfectly on wrist and shows a lot of data for the free subscription, totally worth it”.
